About Worldlink

With over 15 years of aviation insurance experience, Josh joined the Worldlink team in Q2 2024 as Senior Vice President – Head of Underwriting to help grow and manage the underwriting operations within the firm. Prior to joining Worldlink, Josh served as Vice President – Branch Manager for the Dallas office at USAIG where he lead a team of underwriters and oversaw one of the company’s largest books of General Aviation business. His experience includes working with large commercial operations for both fixed and rotorwing aircraft as well large corporate flight departments, FBO’s and products manufacturers.


Prior to joining USAIG, Josh was an aviation underwriter for AIG Aerospace for 8 years, where he began his aviation insurance career. While at AIG, he progressed from an underwriter to eventually a Zonal Manager overseeing both the Dallas and Atlanta branch underwriters within General Aviation.


Josh has a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Texas at Dallas. While in college, he was an air safety intern for the National Transportation Safety Board where he acquired experience in aviation accident investigations. He is an FAA Private Pilot with Instrument rating as well as A&P Mechanic. He also holds a Certified Aviation Insurance Professional designation (CAIP) from the Aviation Insurance Association (AIA).
 In his free time, Josh enjoys cooking, running, flying, and spending time with his wife and two daughters
